All Timber Frame Kits are the traditional colonial designs featuring main rafters and horizontal purlin roof systems.  Our timber frame kits include a complete sill.  The kits are made from Eastern Hemlock and rough sawn.  We can make the kits in Eastern White Pine or Red Oak for a material and labor price differential.  Timber frame kit options are: planed timbers, curved braces, as well as detailed joinery options.  If you have a particular timber frame size in mind, give us a call and we discuss details, options and work up a price.
