16 x 24 Timber Frame kit Pavilion project in Saco, Maine.  The timber frame kit pavilion features the English Tying Joint and jowelled or 'gunstock' posts.  It has an 18" overhang on gable ends and sidewalls.  This pavilion is used to host music events as well as a gathering place.

Unique with this project was that the project leader was an experienced timber framer too!  He had great knowledge of what he wanted built and what it would take to assemble.  

The timber frame pavilion project certainly is their venue centerpiece!
