Another Awesome DIY timber frame kit project.  The project is at Garland Pond, Byron, Maine - Off Grid and on the water!  The home has conventional framed walls with our timber frame roof trusses and purlins.  This is the family team that gathered to help raise the roof. Tremendous people and a great experience - I can't say enough about the owner and his family team.  The timber framed roof system may be part of what makes this the 'statement' home on the pond!
